Basic Glove Designs for 13" Isolator
Gloves
Isolator gloves are designed to work in both
isolators and standard dry boxes. The combination that LTI sells
consists of an isolator glove, our specially designed 3 groove
connector, and an isolator sleeve*. (see below)
 These combinations are an economical approach to glove costs. You can
change out the glove, with out changing the sleeve! This helps reduce
the cost of traditional 32" glove replacement. Most gloves wear out in
the hand first, why change the total glove when a replacement glove is
available?
You can also use different combinations of gloves and sleeves. You
can combine a Hypalon glove with a neoprene sleeve. The choices of
combinations are endless!
Need more length? The overall length of our isolator and sleeve
combinations are 37" +/- 2"!
Latex Technology manufactures 13" isolator gloves in these materials:
Butyl, Hypalon, Neoprene, Polyurethane, Polyurethane-Hypalon, and
Hypalon-Viton,
The glove material is chosen based on the chemical, and mechanical
properties specific to each material.
The Standard Thickness of our gloves is either 15 mil or 30 mil. The
thickness of a glove is chosen based on dexterity and level of hazard.
Custom thickness is available for specific applications.
Our standard length is 13" +/- 1". The 13" length of the isolator
glove, plus the 24" length of the sleeve and connector, give the
operator additional overall glove length as compared to a standard long
glove. These combinations are great for reaching to the back of the box
during operation and for additional overall distance and comfort.
Available hand sizes are 6A, 7A, 8A, 9A and 10A. All isolator gloves
are ambidextrous only!
Standard bead measurement is 4mm, +/- 1mm

Isolator sleeves are designed to work in both isolators and
standard dry boxes. The combination that LTI sells consists of an
isolator glove, our specially designed 3 groove connector, and an
isolator sleeve.
LTI sleeves are designed to work with our isolator gloves and the LTI
3 groove connector system. Most other isolator glove systems will work
with our sleeves. Please contact us for the specifics.

The standard port size is 6, 8, or 10". The port size is determined
by measuring the circumference and dividing by 3.14. Ports can be round
or oval.
